I begin to see more hunters at the ranges trying to get their guns working and sighted in. I also get flooded with questions and requests by individuals who wait until the last minute to get their new coyote or deer hunting AR’s. The Hunter Series AR is built on billet receivers with a stainless steel 416R barrel utilizing 5R rifling, while recoil mitigation is handled by the VLTOR A5 buffer system optimized to the cartridge. Are here! This has been a long journey to make this happen. Clients who’ve purchased BRD AR’s, or have had theirs serviced, know that I’m meticulous and that I have high expectations. Especially of myself. This is truer of anything that has the BRD name and logo on it. After about 3 years of repeated testing and gauging of various lower receivers, I have found a lower receiver that meets my requirements for functionally, fit, durability, and aesthetics. I’m happy to work with this manufacturer for the production of BRD AR-15 and large frame receivers.
